✅ Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your product.
- The product must be:
- Unused and in original condition.
- With original tags and packaging.
- Certain products like innerwear, socks, or personal accessories may not be eligible for exchange (will be marked on product page).
🔄 How to Request an Exchange

- Our team will verify the details and guide you through the exchange process.
- Once the original product is received and approved, we will dispatch the replacement.

- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back unless the product was defective or wrong.
- No exchanges will be accepted after the 5-day window.
