1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date of your order.

  • Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet these criteria.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required for all return and exchange requests.

  • Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items: Please note that certain items, such as innerwear, personalized items, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or other reasons. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

 

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at [ support@attireflow.com or attireflow@gmail.com ] within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. If it’s an exchange, also mention the details of the new item ( different size for the same product) you would like to receive.

  3. Await Confirmation & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

  4. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the provided address. Please ensure the return package is traceable, as AttireFlow is not responsible for lost or damaged return/exchange shipments. Shipping costs for returning the original item will be borne by the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

 

3. Refunds (For Returns)

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow [7-10 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

 

4. Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria, your new exchange item will be dispatched.

  • Exchanges can only be made for an item of the same product (a different size) or for a different product of equivalent value. If the new item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

  • You will receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details for your exchanged product.

  • Exchange items are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is out of stock, our team will assist you with alternative options.

  • Each order is eligible for one return OR one exchange.

 

5. Important Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

  • Items received outside the 5-day window or in a condition that does not meet our policy will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
